Frequently asked questions
Answers to common questions about using RunNearMe.
QWhat is RunNearMe?
RunNearMe helps you find a park to run near you in Bangkok and other provinces with lots of runners — routes mapped by local runners, plus water, toilets, opening hours and how to get there.
QHow do I find a place to run?
Search a park or area in Thai or English on Home or Search, or tap Near me. Filters narrow it down by route distance, difficulty, shade, water, lockers, transit and parks that are open now.
QHow accurate are the distances?
Distances are measured from the route line a runner drew or uploaded. Lines are simplified a little, so your watch may differ by a few percent.
QHow do I run 5K or 10K at a park?
On a park's page, pick a distance under "I want to run" and we suggest which loop to run and how many laps.
QCan I add a route or a park?
Yes. Sign in, tap the + button and draw the route on the map (or upload a GPX file). Missing a park? Use Suggest a park. Our team checks new routes and parks before they appear on Home and Search.
QDoes RunNearMe track my runs?
No. RunNearMe is for finding places to run. We never record your pace, time or heart rate — reviews are about the route, not your run.
QIs it free?
Yes, RunNearMe is free for everyone.
QHow do I contact the team?
